KoolWired Solutions offers an array of On-Site support, maintenance and administration agreements that provide your network with point to point coverage. We offer SLA's (service level agreements) that are designed to provide maximum coverage for minimum cost.

All SLA solutions require a Non Disclosure Confidentiality Agreement between KoolWired Solutions and you. This form of quality control ensures that "what is on your network, stays on your network."

We also provide service documentation to the client additional at no charge. This documentation remains "On Site". This way, you know exactly what tasks our consultants perform on your network.

We invite and encourage you to contact your current service provider or our competitors and compare similar pricing models.


Level I Standard Hourly Service (market average $135/hr)

Hourly Rate: Minimum 1 Hour Charge per On Site Call

$110/hr - Business Rate (standard office hours 9am to 6pm CST)
$145/hr - Business Rate (After hours, weekends)
 $85/hr - "At Home" Single PC - SOHO (small office, home office)


Level II SLA Service Blocks (6 month agreement)

The following Business Class Service Blocks cover both hardware and network related issues. Our competitors usually only cover hardware issues with a substantial up charge for network support.

Block Rates: Minimum 1 Hour Charge per On Site Call

50 Hours @ $65/hr savings of $750
100 Hours @ $60/hr savings of $2000

Savings Rate based on Standard Hourly Service Charge


Level III Premium Coverage SLA (Annual Agreement)

$65-75/hr. (4 hour weekly minimum)

Premium Coverage SLA packages offer a proactive "On Site" maintenance and administration solution which provides the client with the most extensive form of network management. A network consultant is assigned to your account to perform weekly network administration tasks and advise you on the status of your network.

  • Weekly on-site service.
  • Weekly backup Monitoring.
  • Weekly Network Administration.
  • 2 hour response.
  • Virus alert notifications
  • Monthly network diagnostics.
  • Monthly network status consultation
  • Network documentation.


Level IV Virtual Server Management (Monthly Agreement)

$120 per server/monthly + (setup)

A consultant from KoolWired Solutions, utilizing secure remote technology will access your production level servers and perform mission critical diagnostics on a weekly schedule. These tasks generally involve but are not limited to the following areas:

  • Performance Tuning
  • Virus Alerts
  • Disk Utilization
  • CPU tasking
  • Memory Allocation
  • Error Log monitoring
